Civic Exchange joins hands with World Resource Institute in a study to explore Hong Kong’s pathway to deep decarbonisation. This joint initiative by the two institutes kicked off in January with a series of sectoral focus groups, collecting insights from a wide range of stakeholders to inform the study.

Through in-depth research and extensive engagement with stakeholders, we aim to derive informed recommendations and activate public interest to collectively envision how Hong Kong could transition into a low-carbon economy.
