In July 2019, Civic Exchange commissioned Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (HKPORI) to conduct “A Survey on People’s Attitudes Towards Climate Change”, with the following objectives: 1) To gauge Hong Kong people’s understanding of global climate change. 2) To understand their attitudes and actions towards climate change. 3) To understand their views and willingness on tackling climate change. 4) To understand which channels they would obtain information about climate change.
